Hi, So I know that this is 5 years too late. But I am running into this same issue. Are any of you able to find a solution. And if you did can you please make a sample project or just a small example. That would be really helpful.

Usually the "In Review" takes 30-50 minutes but today it has said "In Review" for more than 6 hours. Could it be because of the release of iOS 14? Or is there something I could try?

Well, If you are sure that you never used any Deprecated API usage you can submit an appeal in App Store Connect. And you may want to check out the Human interface Guidelines to see if there is anything else that you missed. If you need more help just reply and I will see if I can help!

This problem is still occuring on Xcode 11.5 (16139) for me. I have filed a bug report. But the issue still happens.

So i had the same problem and i just figured out that its the storge you have on your phone. you should have 3-5gb of storage open even after downloding the profile and update.

I have 4gb free. I don’t think that’s the problem. I have sent apple this problem using the feedback report and I suggest that anyone else having this problem should do that same.
