Hi
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on 13 August 2022, and successfully paid the A$144.99 fee. However, I am still unable to access any developer resources, including App Store Connect and the developer account settings. When I access my developer account, 'purchase your membership' appears - but I've already paid the fee! Not looking to be double charged.
I submitted a support request last Monday, but haven't heard anything since then.
Wondering if anyone has any guidance?
