I agree with Brigitte, unless they are specifically branded differently. Like if by the different colors they are for different brands entirely, that would be fine. If you do end up going that route, you're probably going to want to use different "targets".

How long has it been ? Changes take some amount of time to roll out across Apple's servers. Also, by any chance did you accidentally select a phased release / staged rollout where only some users get the update and first and then more over time? also, what devices are you checking on? is there any chance that you updated the min version of the app past the iOS version of the device you're testing on?
