HOLY COW THAT WAS IT!!!!Thank you so much for figuring that out! Its not right that ALL teams you are a part of need to sign it when you aren't using that team for notarization. I actually had to leave both my other teams.

I am waiting to release a time critical application too and cannot due to the issue. Developer Support couldn't help me, but at least they got back to me. The feedback system is much slower, and I haven't gotten any response eiter.
