I'm trying to join the program, but I can't get verified. I get this error:

Your identity couldn't be verified because the ID you submitted isn't accepted for your region or doesn't match the document type you selected. Please try again.
Now I live in Spain, but my RESIDENCE PERMIT (TIE) document is not accepted.
Can you tell me which documents are valid for Spain?
