Reply to Unable to enroll into the Apple Developer Program
I've been trying to enroll for months. I've been an Apple customer since the first iPhone was released, and I don't understand why they don't fix this problem. The worst part is that on the website or the app, they never explain the source of the issue, and this is something basic in computer science. As an IT professional, I would immediately fire whoever programmed such a dull response like a simple "We can't...". They need to provide the reason for the issue so that we can move forward. It’s unbelievable that the enrollment process works so poorly and doesn’t even adhere to basic rules like error handling.
