哥们，你最近还在做VPN的项目么？我最近在开发VPN的时候，也遇到了和你类似的问题。我的场景是：大部分时候，VPN是可以正常使用的，但是如果出现问题，VPN就一直连不上，必须得重启手机，才能恢复。你这个问题，最后是怎么解决的？我翻了苹果开发者论坛里面好多类似的帖子，似乎都没有一个很好的解决方案。 看到我的评论，请回复，一起交流下，哈哈

Replied In NEPacketTunnelProvider Cannot Be Started
This problem happens on iOS system. This problem occurs in multiple models and multiple systems, not in a specific iOS system or phone model. I've found several similar questions on the Apple Developer Forums, but none seem to have a final solution.
