iPads managed by Apple Business Manager and an MDM tool (Microsoft Intune) are distributed to employees for use. An employee forgot his iPad passcode and entered the wrong passcode too many times, resulting in his iPad being locked. Since they are also disconnected from networks such as WiFi, passcode removal and wiping from MDM tools are not effective.
