Solution Found!!!The Magic happened by additionally installing/leaving Xcode 10 on computer.Everything works just fine (including the Simulator) now.Been really trying hard, but this step somehow solved the problem. Cant explain.Maybe someone wants to take a deeper look at what exactly happened...
