I am on the latest beta, but having a similar problem. When i connect the airpods, i can take a phone call or listen to music and they work perfectly, But after that first phone call, if o were to get or make another, the call connects, abut neither myself or the person on the other end of the line can hear each other. The only solution is to put the AirPods back, then reboot the phone. It then works, but once the second call comes in same thing happens these are three week old AirPods and an iPhone X. And only started happening when i downloaded the latest beta
