Replied In AppStore Updates in iOS13 and iPadOS13 not working

I too have had the problem. Yes, updating one by one worked. As for the spinning wheel of death waiting to upload, when I rebooted my device I found the update had happened leading me to wonder if the App Store app is hanging. I'm one at a time for now.......

Replied In Apple Mail iOS 13 Dev Beta 2

Seems to vary by device. On iPad mini 5 I can read fine, but crashes when I reply. On iPhone X delete and move functions are not reliable. Until Apple gets another beta out, I'm using a third party mail program which is getting the job done for me.
