Actually this is not normal, and this response could send people down a wrong path. when you are seeing the "Http:/1.1 Service Unavailable" message from a location that can normally access it, the service is unavailable. When you are accessing it correctly you will get a Certificate Error from your browser as it doesnt recognize the credentials (its meant for your phone I am guessing).We were getting this exact verification issue, and as soon as the Service Unavailable message went away (about an hour after we started getting reports from users) our apps fired right up and started working again.
