I have an macOS Application that communication with USB devices.
There are 2 different results between Xcode 15 and Xcode 16.
Do I forget somethings in Xcode 16?

It works very well
Xcode 16:
USB communication error occurred.
If I try to modify Instrument's openUSB() function to
