Replied In Xcode 11.1 "Unable to Download Xcode"

I have the same problem, running Catalina 10.15.2. Console log shows that download completes, then App Store process gets killed for exceeding memory high water.

Thanks, I was about to install 11.2.1. It sounds like the 11.1 rollback mentioned earlier is the answer. Have you tried that?

I am looking at some Swift code that is wrapping sensitive code in autoreleasepool{ } blocks. Is that going to achieve anything?
