APPLE TEAM SUGGEST TO UPLOAD PHOTO ID. I've done a few times but there is still a problem. In Apple Developer Program, My Enrollment have a problem, still pending.In Apple ID, Payment Method have a problem, after i paid for Apple Developer Programme, I cannot save, Apple show the error my card was declined. My Card no have problem and still active. All info in my card was valid. This is a new card. Why?
