Hi,
Had the same issue starting with the update from Xcode 12 to 13,
Specifically on Apple silicon.
The issue is within ur info.plist.
I created a new project and replace its generated plist with old one and xcode stopped crashing.
Then i re add every property's.
Strange issue, but this is ur walk around.
I guess it had something to do with the updated architecture.
