unistd.h is not part of Qt its a standard header. Using finder the file is present and is in the following location:
/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX11.3.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/Kernel.framework/Versions/A/Headers/sys
