Replied In Skip initial approved release and publish next one

I had the same exact situation, When you do any updates on the release it will ask you to re-approve, In my case, it took 1 day from Apple side to approve the app again

Replied In TestFlight tab in App Store Connect showing no builds despite builds being available

I have this issue today again. I don't know what is the resoan for such an issue!
