OMG, I'm glad I'm not the only one having the same problem.
I'm 16 and I'm wanting to get the beta watchos 11 update but i had to contact apple first to enroll my account because I was under the age of majority. I emailed them about this as the website told me to. and after 3 days, no response. I was thinking they would give me instructions to giving me the enrollment with parental controls but nah, I've been waiting a lot.
