Im suffering from an iPhone 7 Plus never is ready for development after it was updated from iOS 14.x to 15.7.3.
On Monterey and Xcode 13.4.1 it was working on iOS 14.x
After updated to Ventura, I tried all Xcode versions starting from
14.0.1 - 14.1 - 14.2 - 14.3 beta 2, the preparing task never finished and it never specify that its fetching symbols.
I tried all the below and I t didn't work:
1- Rest the device to factory settings. and restore from Mac to reinstall the software.
2- As well I tried to wipe all Xcode cache and derived data.
3- I restarted Xcode, restarted device, I tried every single thing.
Note: On other iPhones it works fine like iPhone 6 - 11 pro - XS.
