I have done this in our app but this is not good enough. Savvy users can manage their subscriptions within their iTunes Account settings which is outside of our control. This allows users to upgrade/downgrade between products if they are still available. We offered a significant discount for the life of the subscription and do not want users to be able to get the product this way either. If I had the ability to uncheck this flag then it seems I would be able to ensure that.Alas, it seems I will have to submit a bug report. Thank you for your help PBK (and your helpful responses on all of the other forums I read!)!Scott

PBK,Thank you for the response! As you said, the OP's original sentence is internally inconsistent. It's humorous that you assumed the word inactive was the posters mistype and I assumed the can uncheck was the mistake - I guess humans see what they need 🙂In my case, I am an admin on the account and the "Cleared for Sale" checkbox is disabled no matter what actions I take (as described above). A new release version of my app did not allow me to affect the IAP's. Is that what you were proposing or something else? I cannot create a brand new app and only bring over the IAP's I need. Are the "Cleared for Sale" checkbox's for your IAP's on your app enabled? You mentioned you are the account holder and I am not. Perhaps that's the difference? If your's is also disabled, then I will submit a bug report as you suggest. If they work for you then I will reach out to the account holder.Thank you again for your expertise!Scott

PBK,Thanks for your response but the initial question explicitly states that:"The "cleared for sale" box is inactive so I can uncheck that box. What is the process for removing an in-app purchase from the store???"So your suggestion to 'uncheck "Cleared for sale"' doesn't solve their problem. I am having the same issue, I'd like to remove the product from future sales but I can't figure out how to unclear them from sale. We still support the product - we just don't want to sell it anymore. The two sections that refer to removing products in apple's support document do not actually work for me. I can't uncheck the "Cleared for Sale" as described here. And, I don't want to do this, but I also don't even have the option to delete the in-app product as described here.I've tried altering the product slightly to see if the checkbox becomes enabled in case it needs to be re-approved for removal or something like that??? I've tried creating a new version of my app to see if I could modify the in-app products (even though I know they aren't really tied to each other). Thanks for any help you can provide!Scott
