What fixed it for me was ...Uninstall.Reboot.Remove the 'old' ODB folders from my /Users home folderReinstallSign in with the business/work accountSync againIt is working fine after that, it just took a while to download the 30Gb+ from Microsoft.

I have the same issue. I even downloaded the latest version of Firefox, but when it starts it checks to see if an update is available .. and fails.
