I have the same problem.
For me, the "Apps" page just stays completely blank.
One of my apps went to "In Review" status yesterday (23:07 UTC+2) - since then I haven't received any feedback.
Contacting support only results in completely stupid standard emails.

the problem is fixed - this is definitely not the case!

No meaningful assistance from support at all.
I have the same problem with a standalone app for the Apple Watch.
The problem occurs both in the simulator (10.0) and on real hardware (10.0.1).
