I've been having this issue on my iPhone since iOS 13 beta 5. I have filed a bug report and the issue still exists with today's new beta. So irritating.

Once again: you have to download and install the Profile for iOS 13 beta 2 directly to your iphone FROM the Apple Developers site.

The iOS 13 profile and Apple Watch 6 profile are on the Developers site under Develop>Downloads. Use phone to download and install both profiles.

Try turning off Type to Siri in Settings>Accesibility.

Just installed beta 2 and Hey, Siri doesn't work on the iPhone - I only get the keyboard option and in CarPlay it's the same as I described above. Oddly it's working for others using iOS 13 beta. Frustrating.

Same thing happened with the first and successive betas of Mojave. The fix ended up being a new version of AnyConnect by Cisco.

Interesting that TechPatrol said he has the Message complication.
In my CarPlay the side-by-side apps seem to be limited to the Map on the left side and on the right side at top are MAp destination Home and Work, and bottom of the screen is Music with controls for playback. I don't think I can change the apps or positions.

I'm not showing Messages as a complication for infograph either.
