Meanwhile Github app password works fine from Xcode 12. But bitbucket app pass still not. My suppose is a bug Xcode.

I'm figured out is a bug in SourceTree and Xcode.
You can test bitbucket app password via curl
curl -X GET -v -u "username:apppassword" -H "Content-Type: application/json" https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/username
The request above works fine. But via apps we can't do it.
Unfortunately, before using an AVMutableCompositionTrack you must download your HLS and cached locally.

My issue for that was post build actions (doing some useful things) and make changes inside *.app folder just before running on device. Removed that actions, and problem is gone.
