Replied In Can I get Http request and response detail by only using Packet Tunnel or I required App Proxy?

In theory, I'm sure you could point a VPN at a local addressBut To create a VPN we have to provide server's address. So what will be the server address here?

Replied In No option to create MDM CSR on certification creation page, Apple developer Account

MDM CSR is not visible in my developer account. I need it to for AppProxy capability for development purpose. Do I need to write a mail it for too?

Thanks for the reply.But there are many apps available on Appstore like Charles which capture and inspect the network traffic(HTTP request and response) generated by the other apps in the iOS device. I hope they are using Packet Tunnel capability available on Appstore. Please guide me if I'm wrong.And can I create a local VPN on a user device so that data remain in the user's device without any involvement of a remote server?

Actually, I'm trying to build an iOS app for research purposes with the help of which tester can capture and inspect the network traffic(HTTP request and response) generated by the app in the iOS device. So, for that, I want to know is Packet Tunnel capability is enough or I have to enable App Proxy too?And can I create a local VPN on a user device so that data remain in the user's device without any involvement of a remote server?
