Same problem here. There have been several feedback submitted by testers. But StoreConnect shows only shows "Crashes" and "Screenshots" in Feedback menu and I can't find a way to access the feedback messages without screenshots.
I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks but they haven't show up.
Please advise!
