You are not the only one :-) I am seeing this, too. It does not seem to have any harmful consequences, but the log spam leads to frame rate stutter when run through Xcode.

Replied In BUG! Deploy button is hidden in cloudkit dashboard when deploying changes to production
It's incredibly easy to miss, I searched for almost an hour a few months back.Go to https://icloud.developer.apple.com/ and log in. Then, select your container on the left side. Afterwards, click on the small cogwheel in the development area (not production!). In this menu you'll find the option to "Deploy Schema to Production…".

Same here. In the meantime, you can use the app store connect app to get status updates.
