I have been trying all day to get into contact with Apple. Since their only system is to request a call I have done so and each call since 10:03AM 24Jan2022 has gone straight to voicemail without a single ring. I've tried 3 different phones and numbers and still get the same results so I know its not a settings issue on my end. Now, when submitting to request a call, the site doesnt even accept the request. It just sits on the screen requesting you to submit. Calling regular tech support doesnt help either because they dont have transfer numbers or direct lines for Dev Support. Any suggestions?
