I have seen this issue on other versions on macOS as well; I don't think this is specific to this version. You will need to trust the certificate when on the site click the padlock. Show the certificate in the details you should see the CA Issuers, click on the URI. (This will ensure the correct cert required is downloaded) it could be the ones in your keychain may vary. You can then add this certificate into keychain.

OpenConnect is an alternative, depending on what you are trying to connect to this might not be allowed. I have also not tested this on 10.15.

Some times this is caused by the date/time not being correct. Boot into recovery, go to utilities > terminal. To verify what the current date and time is type "date" if the date or time is wrong, try correcting it. The command to adjust date/time: "date mmddHHMMyyyy." If this is not the issue or you are still facing the problem after try reset the NVRAM or PRAM.Shut down your Mac, then turn it on and immediately press and hold these four keys together: Option, Command, P, and R. You can release the keys after about 20 seconds, during which your Mac might appear to restart.Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063

They might offer the option to downgrade it but isn't guaranteed. I would only install betas on development devices; you can’t downgrade back to watchOS 5. It's usually isn't the most stable, a reason for no public beta. When beta 1 of watchOS 5 came out, it was pulled due to issues.

Yeah, you need Xcode 11 beta or macOS 10.15 beta, then you can install via iTunes. If you are going to put macOS Catalina on your new Mac, you will be able to do this via Finder. Once your device is connected it will show in finder; you need to hold the option key click on update or restore and select the ipsw.

You can't downgrade watchOS 6 beta to watchOS 5. The only is by installing betas of watchOS 6 until the release. The only other option would be to try to arrange a Genius appointment to see if they will downgrade it, but this can take a while. You will need iOS 13 on your device to pair to watchOS 6.
