Hi guys, We are having this weird problem, I suspect it's an iOS bug. The app's initial screen has a welcome video which plays automatically with sound, sometimes users can hear the video playing even without the app being opened(not even in the background), they will need to restart their iPhones or find the app, open the app and close the app. I raised this to Apple but haven't heard anything back yet, I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem and would love to hear a workaround.
