We have the same problem.
Under iOS 13: the debugger breaks at:[UITabBarController tabBar]
[(UITabBar *)[(UITabBarController *)$arg1 tabBar] isHidden] == NO
for popToRootViewControllerAnimated
but not under iOS 14
