Apple broke the link to individual apps, but it looks like they haven’t broken the link to you apps. This is the one that works for me. https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/learning-fundamentals-inc/id454061076 Put in your info and it should work.

Replied In can't sign into App Store
Same here. I logged in and out of my Music account but still can’t log out of my Apple Account. Attempting to log out of my Apple Account does log me out of the Media and Purchases account. The error message is 'There was an error in Apple Acount preferences.'Entering an incorrect password results in an error in the App Store. Entering the correct password appears to work, but won’t let me download.
