Once I downloaded the update for IOS 14.2 on my iphone 10Xs am having the same issue: no cell service with T-Mobile BUT texts were coming through I can restart the phone and it will come back temporarily have tried the airplane mode toggle with no success phone shows all bars for wifi, (wifi working fine on my laptop) but I cannot make calls over wifi even though this is enabled on my phone and always has been brand new SIM card Apple ran a diagnostic test and found a faulty antenna in the phone that was not communicating - got a brand new replacement phone yesterday. now texts are slow but still same issues with cell service/phone calls back to the same problems anyone find a solution yet?
