Same issue we have a lot of customers complaining about this issue in our TV Fairplay streaming app on 16.1 and 16.1.1.
For most of them a reboot is ok. For some the problem remains after rebooting their device.

thanks for your answer this error is raised when we try to load a live hls fairplay stream. The client solves the issue in resetting is iPhone. He was not able to watch any fairplay content from other French content application. His iPhone was a new iPhone 13 / iOS 15. Fairplay DRM init error ?
