Agree, also have watch series 2 that waited for a while for watchOS 6 release and then I wasn't able to update anymore

Replied In iOS 13.2 won't pair with watchOS 6.0.+ beta

Having the same issue. There was already mentioned "watchOS6Seed1-compat.mobileconfig" available, that is not valid anymore ( I hope Apple will provide another one, that will definately help a lot of people.
