You can do it via the new Xcode . If you read that line under beta install, it says macOS OR Xcode

it’s now in ’Finder’. Click on your phone and the same old iTunes screen shows

Thanks Matt. Both device have been preset to same region (US). What is a 'tuple' code? I have noticed the typical install screen of asking where to install profile (watch or phone) is missing

Sorry, can't answer your question. I have one if you don't mind. I can't even install the profile; keeps saying can't connect to the watch. Have Series 4 and iPhone Max running IOS 13. How did you install the profile? Thanks

FIXED. PLUG IN YOUR PHONE. FIND PHONE IN ‘FINDER’. THERE YOU WILL SEE ‘RESTORE’ BUTTON /OPTION KEY AND THEN GRAB THE IPSW

We're on a different thread, everyone with same problem. Someone said to download the latest xcode, doing that now. On the IOS 13 Beta download page, it says need MacOS 10.1.15 OR xCode to install the ipsw

Same here. Then tried thru my windows computer. I do the restore, it finds the ipsw, click open and nothing happens. iPhone and iPad

Yep. So, I installed the new MACOS, forgetting there is no more iTunes to install the ipsw image. So, now I'm stuck
