Do you have a paid account? It is $99 a year. It sounds like you don’t have a paid account. These betas are intended to use on devices used only for beta testing by developers and nothing else. They aren’t intended for your every day devices as they are very buggy and can be problematic. They have been known to frequently require wiping your device and starting from scratch. Are you a software developer?

Since your iPhone is a test device as betas are not intended for normal use devices then wipe the phone back to scratch to install and test the new iOS.

Since you are only installing this software on a device dedicated 100% to testing beta software and not using it for anything else...Did you try an internet startup?
