Hello, I could not enroll Apple Developer Program to register in the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles for Web Push ID. It always be error that is "Your enrollment in the apple developer program could not be completed at this time" or "Unknow error". I got reply from Apple Support Email, they just replied " For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple ID in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development. " I want to know , Xcode on Mac will let me get Web Push ID for me without any Apple Developer Program Enrollment ? Is it correct ? Please Advise
