I'm here for the same reason as the rest - I updated to 14.2 and UGH! Everything is laggy now. UI action.... wait, wait, wait... reaction. I'm not having as many app problems as others are, but I can see the battery life drain out right before my eyes. I've turned off anything that looks like a background task starting back in version 8 up through 14. I keep cycling through app settings because iOS updates tend not to respect my setting wishes. Anyhow - I need to fall back to 13 dot something so I don't got so frustrated I bounce the phone off a brick wall.
