I’m having the same issue. Every update requires me to reset my Apple Watch, re-download the watchOS beta profile, and then I’m able to download and install the software update. It’s very frustrating. I have no music, photos, mail, podcasts, or third party apps installed. I still don’t have enough storage to download the update until I reset my Apple Watch Series 3. According to the Beta 4 Release Notes, this is a known issue and the only way is to unpair your watch and perform the update when promoted to during setup.

I have noticed the same issue when I go on the treadmill. As watchOS 6 my workouts are consistantly 0.10 - 0.15 mile lower than what my treadmill records. Back on watchOS 5, my watch and treadmill were usually within 0.05 of a mile. Not sure why it is doing this and my calories burned have usually been within 10 kcal of each other (watch and the treadmill) sometimes up to 30 kcal. I have also noticed that I have missing heart rate data when I look in Health (not always, but sometimes).

Talked with Apple Support. I was able to fix my iphone by quickly pressing the volume up button, quickly pressing the volume down button, and holding the side button until the phone shuts off and the apple logo appears. That should have brought up the iTunes or whatever it is on MacOS Catalina, but it shut off my phone and turned it back on, so problem solved.

Replied In Sidecar
As of beta 2, I can run sidecar wirelessly on my iPad 6th gen. It is running pretty good despite the fact that I'm using a Macbook Pro 2014, which isn't technically supported.

Manging your devices is now done through Finder. Open up a Finder window and scroll through the sidebar until you see a section titled, "Locations". You should see a list of your iOS devices, but you may need to plug them into your computer if they don't show up. You can then click on each device and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says, "Options". Lastly, uncheck, "Automatically sync when this iPhone is connected" and hit "Apply" for the change to take effect.Note: you may need to resize the window for all the buttons to appear correctly. Some of them get cutoff when the window is too small.

I have the Series 3. If you go to the watch app on your iPhone and go to notifications, you should see an app called Noise, and you can enable "Environmental Sound Measurements". As of this beta though it is only in the notifications. The app itself is not actually installed on your Apple Watch yet, so there isn't any point in configuring the notifications for it.

Are you saying that it works fine on safe mode or by relocating the extensions, you can boot regularly?EDIT: I should have mentioned that I have an Aura Pro SSD installed in my MacBook Pro 2014 ... I remember having a problem last year upgrading to Mojave where the installer said I could not install Mojave on my mac. I had to update the driver I believe and that fixed that issue. I'm not running into that problem for Catalina, but I can't rule out that my third-party drive may be part of the issue.

I got into safe mode as well. I would go to feedback assistant so you can send Apple your diagnostic information. That's what I did and hopefully that may help them in fixing this issue.

Well this is odd, I still had access to recovery mode, so I was able to restore my mac through a time machine backup. You might need to do a hard shutdown a few times as I couldn't load into recovery mode the first time I shut my macbook pro off after getting the frozen spinning wheel.
