Can you confirm that you are logging in with the email address/Apple ID associated with your Apple Developer Program membership?

Hi jamesmattis, if you haven't already, can you go to <developer.apple.com/account> and log out and then log back in. Please then try joining the Digital Lounges again. Let us know if this resolves the issue. If not, we'll look in to this further.

Hello titan3000, in looking at the account you've been added to I see that it is an Individual type account. Users who have been given access to App Store Connect by an individual enrolled in the Apple Developer Program only have access to App Store Connect (see here). In order to have access to the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles portal on the Apple Developer website, the account would need to be through either your own invidiaul type account or a Company type account which allows more than one user through the Apple Developer website. With an individual account only the individual enrolled has access as an Admin to this portal and associated assets.

Hello Amit1, the Developer Program membership belongs to the legal entity, not the Account Holder (unless it is an individual account where they are one and the same). In the case of Account Holder transfer on an expired membership you will want to contact Apple Developer Program Support who will be able to assist you.

Hi DIGITRANSFORM-SARL, in looking at this I'm showing that the individual name associated to the Apple ID is your company name, and not your actual name. You will want to create an Apple ID using your legal first and last name and then attempt enrollment. If you still experience issues please Contact Us.
