Same here. Was there a couple of days ago and now it is gone. Also Subscription Groups section has disappeared as well (but can still be sorta-kinda indirectly accessed through the "Manage" In-App Purchases sub-section.
I can't see anything mentioned anywhere about planned changes to the Appstore Connect interface, so I am assuming this isn't an intentional change.
