Same issue with an iPhone 7plus. Battery health is 81% and was lasting all day, until updated to 14.2 two days ago. Now phone runs hot to touch when using and I can now, literally, watch the battery charge drain before my eyes when using the phone. I now need to constantly recharge through the day.
This needs fixing ASAP, please!
