This could be an issue as i faced on my work mac. Make sure your company VPN or any network configuration is not interfering the download from App Store.

Searched across workspace "IPHONEOSDEPLOYMENTTARGET" and set it to 9.0 Updated Valid Architecture by keeping only 64 bit support These 2 changes end up resolving this issue for my application codebase.
