I’m using an Apple Silicon Mac Mini M4 and I need to correct my earlier statement. Upon further investigation, the system doesn’t report Tier 2 support. Instead, the debug log shows:
D3D12_TILED_RESOURCES_TIER: NOT_SUPPORTED < TIER_1
It seems there’s no support for even Tier 1 tiled resources. I apologize for the confusion earlier and wanted to clarify this result.
