Whenever I use safari or chrome I used to open new tabs by pressing cmd+click but it is not registering my first click. I have to click 2 or 3 times to open new tab links by pressing cmd+click. I don't know what's the issue. Earlier there is was an issue with my m1 trackpad click but it was resolved by an update. Is it the same MacOS Monterey problem because I was facing this issue with MacOS Big Sur?

My M1 MacBook Pro Trackpad click is not working. It works fine but past 2 months it seems it is not clicking. And in the past 2 few days it is genuinely not working. When I click(Tap to click) something it is not clicking but when I click again then the thing clicked. Firstly it didn't bother me too much but now it creates a Lot of problem. I update my Mac to Monterey, boot it in safe mode even Erase all of its data and run diagnostics but the problem not fixed is anybody tell me what to do now?
