Same problem here, MacBook Air ~2015 i7 8gb ram, all was ok until the update to Xcode 13, now even I close Xcode, the swift-frontend process still in background consuming tons of gb of ram..like 50gb!!
i can’t update my app to fix all the layout problems that iOS 15 made on..

the only way to achieve this is to use ScrollView, but for a large amount of image lists there are some performance issues that do not occur with the List component.
it's unprofessional to have to install a beta of xcode to keep working..
let me understand, is it ONLY compatible with macOS 13 or higher? and who, like me, has an air from 2015 can't work anymore?
i have the same issue on iOS 17.5 :-(
