I have recently linked an app that on the app store is available in every country/region, the app is privately distributed using Business Manager through the redemption codes which I generate, I am having reports from some (not all) users that the redemption code link takes them to the app store but the displays an error message of: 'App not available in country / region' However there isn't anything can work out from my end that would be blocking them from proceeding based on country/region. I have also tried the link with people outside the UK as the redemption codes seem to be UK store only and they get a different error of: 'This code is only valid in the United Kingdom Store' Which makes sense if the codes are UK only due to Business Manager knowing the location of the business. I was just wondering if anyone could think of a reason why people in the UK would also be getting this 'App not available in country / region' error message using one of the redemption links?
