The way I've found and asked is that .a (static) is included in the app binary, so you have to add PrivacyInfo separately to the app you're applying it to.

I added PrivacyInfo to my .a library.
can I release it without target membership?
Or do I just have to add the .a to the app I'm going to use and then enter the information in PrivacyInfo?
